We are happy to craft your order using COM (Customer's Own Material). However, the amount of fabric needed per chair is only an estimate based on non-patterned fabric with a width of 54" (137 cm). Material of different widths or fabric with patterns will alter the actual yardage needed. Talk to your Sales Rep for the exact COM yardage requirement for your order.

Overview
Modern and contemporary, the Lucca Armchair is built for comfort and style. Brought to you from Holsag by MityLite, it features a beautiful hardwood frame, comfortable armrests, and a plush seat and backrest, making the Lucca Armchair perfect for hotel lobbies, bars, and dining areas.
The chair frame is finished using a nine-step finishing process so that the gorgeous textures and colors of the frame won’t fade after years of hard use. The unique seat design includes a web mesh base, which adds to the comfort of this chair.
An antimicrobial finish prevents the absorption of germs, bacteria, mold, mildew, and some viruses. It is durably built to withstand frequent use in restaurants, hospitality properties, government buildings, country clubs, resorts, and senior living establishments.

Cleaning instructions
Wood furniture should be cleaned and wiped down with a mild solution of soap and water, and dry immediately. To maintain the luster, wipe with furniture polish as needed. The use of bleach, abrasive cleaners, and similar cleaners or chemicals on this product may void the warranty.
