    What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?

    Please note any damage and take photos of damaged products. After documenting any damage, sign the delivery form (the Bill of Lading). Then, contact your sales representative immediately to report the damage. Your sales representative will arrange for replacement or repair.

    How will my furniture be shipped to me?

    A variety of companies provide commercial furniture transport services. Most orders are delivered through a network of private trucking companies. For more information, or to learn how to prepare for your delivery, please see our guide on how to prepare for commercial furniture delivery.

    How long is the warranty for my MityLite furniture?

    You can check out specific warranties on our Warranty page. Most of our products are covered under a warranty period of 5-15 years, but select surfaces (such as Wilsonart® laminate or fabrics) are covered for the period indicated by the material manufacturer.

    Can MityLite’s warranty department help me with replacement parts?

    Yes, the MityLite warranty department is happy to help you with replacement parts, including replacement floor glides, in-line wheels, and even replacement cushions. Contact the warranty department with your questions or requests.
