Meet the original: The Encore
The Encore Banquet Chair is the original Encore Banquet Chair, offering our full range of comfort-boosting features and add-on options. As the name implies, it’s a perennial favorite, and customers ask for this chair again and again. Elegantly yet sturdy, this chair is built to last in fast-paced, quick-turnover commercial environments. It stacks an impressive 10 chairs high and is lightweight and easy to move around.
The Encore is built with an aluminum frame that’s powder coated in your choice of colors. You can get this chair with our patented flex-back feature, which allows guests to lean back slightly in the chair for a more comfortable and customized fit. The seat is custom molded with a waterfall edge, which improves circulation to the legs. When combined with the FormFlex seat and flex-back feature, these added features make this a recommended choice for extended meetings and long conferences.
In addition to fabric and finish color, there are several other options you can customize the Encore meeting room & banquet chair. There are two back styles to choose from (the Square Open or the Arch Open). It’s available with standard legs or mitered legs (which are angled legs that kick back further). You can also add a stack bar (which protects the chair cushion of the chair it’s stacked on top of). And finally, you can also choose from two types of chair ganging hooks (which attach rows of chairs together).

Meet the High-Density Version: The Encore HD Banquet Chair
The Encore HD offers most of the benefits of the original Encore Banquet Chair except that the Encore HD stacks higher. One notable omission from this version of the chair is that it doesn’t have a flex-back, which makes it a little less comfortable than Encore chairs that do have this feature.
The flex-back feature allows guests to lean back slightly in their chairs (up to 3 inches) for individualized comfort. It prevents chairs from feeling stiff and unyielding. The flex-back feature isn’t possible on the HD (High Density) version of the Encore chair because it’s designed as compactly as possible for dense storage. A few extra inches on the backrest affects the stack creep (how far forward a chair sits than the chair beneath it).
Instead of stacking 10 chairs high like the original Encore Chair, the Encore HD Banquet Chair stacks an impressive 14 chairs high. This makes the Encore HD highly desirable for properties with limited storage or with large rooms to set up and take down frequently. The HD version of the Encore Chair allows each employee to cart around 40% more chairs per hour, thus saving on labor costs.

Custom designed for the Hawai’i Convention Center, the Encore CX Chair features a purse/bag hook on the back of the chair and a built-in bookrack underneath the chair.
