Steel Frame: Made of strong 18 gauge oval steel tubing. Tough, environmentally-friendly, powder-coated finish is offered in a variety of frame colors. Naturally stable, the engineered linkage prevents collapse— even if a person stands on it. This chair is safe. The design discourages leaning back, resulting in better posture and less abuse of the chair.
Legs: Front and back cross bars provide stability and a foot rest for the seated person and the person behind. Non-marring, anti-skid feet are securely fastened and assist in positive indexing and ease of stacking. The shock-absorbing feet are replaceable if necessary. A larger footprint makes the most stable chair on the market. |
| Sturdy Construction: Back and seat are injection-molded, flexible, polypropylene. The textured surface is safe, stain resistant and easy to clean. Both the plastic and frame are available in multiple color options. UV stabilizers support use in outdoor settings. Back and seat are firmly attached with mechanical fasteners but can be replaced in the field if desired. Optional upholstery is offered on seat, back, or both. Optional identification imprint and school colors are available.
Back: Larger-than-average, contoured, flexible back provides relaxing, lumbar support and accommodates multiple seating positions. Soft, rounded edges offer added comfort and aesthetics.
Seat: Moderately contoured shape allows body movement for long-term seating comfort. Generous waterfall edge comfortably supports legs. Seat design does not allow liquid to pool. |
