CEO & President
John Dudash is the Chief Executive Officer and President of MITY Enterprises, Inc. Dudash joined MityLite in October 2010 as EVP of Sales and Marketing managing the sales, marketing and product development segments of the business.
John began his career in sales with YKK Zipper Company and after five years, moved to Sanford Corporation, now a subsidiary of Newell Rubbermaid. While at Sanford, Dudash was appointed to be the Managing Director of the United Kingdom division. Dudash has led a number of companies as Chief Executive Officer or as their primary sales executive, including Bernz-o-matic, Atlantic Luggage, Illume Candles, and Emess Design Group.
Dudash received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, and earned his MBA from Anglia University in Cambridge, England.
EVP, Sales & Marketing
Brandon Ross has been the Vice President of Sales at MityLite, Inc., since April 2012. Previously, Ross held the positions of Global Accounts Manager and Regional Sales manager where he began his responsibilities for sales channel development and expanding distribution.
Since joining MityLite in 1997, Ross has helped the company experience consistent double digit growth in the U.S. furniture manufacturing sector over the past 16 years. A career sales professional, Ross has served as an inside and outside sales representative, a key accounts sales rep, manager, and Vice President of Sales.
Recently, Ross was awarded a SAMY (Sales and Marketer of they Year) for his outstanding performance and execution as a VP of Sales.
Greg D. Dye
VP, Human Resources
Gregory (Greg) D. Dye is VP of Human Resources. He joined Mity-Lite in August 1997 and has served
in various positions including engineer, quality, trainer and VP of manufacturing,
prior to his current position in HR, safety and compliance.
Greg was a manager for Woodgrain Millwork, Inc from May 1985
to July 1997. He worked in various capacities at three locations (Fruitland,
Idaho, Americus Georgia and Nampa Idaho) including project management,
scheduling, plant management, HR, safety and training.
Greg graduated in 1985 with a Bachelors’ Degree in Business/Production
Management at Utah State University.
